Maple Hospital Beta Tester Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the team. This application is open to players who are passionate about Maple Hospital and would like to volunteer their time to help us test new updates before they go out to the public. Please carefully review the requirements below before completing the application.

Requirements:

• Must be at least Level 100 in Maple Hospital

• Must be Level 5+ in our Discord server • Must have been a member of our Discord server for at least 30 days • Must have access to at least one platform to test on (PC, Mobile, Console, Tablet, or VR) • Must be able to communicate clearly in written English

Nice to have, but not required:

• Can test on multiple platforms

• Previous experience as a tester

• Already active in the Maple Hospital community

This role isn't for you if:

• You're applying just for the early access perks and don't plan to actively test

• You can't commit time consistently, especially when updates are close to release • You struggle to communicate clearly in writing • You've been banned or warned recently for breaking our rules
